Search Process

Intimately understand the company, it's needs, it's culture, and objectives.
Create position specification which portrays the company, opportunity and position in it's highest and most accurate light.
Perform thorough and focused candidate research, working closely with the client to target desired candidates while avoiding conflicts or sensitive companies.
Initiate calling activity into candidate pool to market the opportunity and surface viable candidates.
Interview candidates, narrow candidate pool to review with client.
Recruit desired candidates, perform candidate assessments.
Present candidates, launch client interview process.
Perform reference and/or background checks on finalist candidates.
Present offer, negotiate fine points, close with successful placement.
Follow-up to assure successful placement.

LEADERSHIP
