William (Bill) Tsai is the Managing Partner of Leadership Capital Partners (LCP). Over the past two decades, Bill has amassed a strong track record of recruiting key “C” suite executives into client companies which have realized their business, professional and financial investment objectives. Prior to LCP, Bill was a Principal at Korn/Ferry International (K/F) in its private equity practice. His clients ranged from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to K/F, Bill was a Managing Director at BankBoston where he ran its debt capital markets practice in the West Coast. Before BankBoston, Bill was a Senior Vice President for Heller Financial, Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche and Sales Representative for IBM. Bill is a Director of Sokolin, LLC., a direct marketer of fine wines. Bill has also held director, sponsor and officer positions in organizations such as the Nutrition Business Journal, Nutrition Capital Network, Association for Corporate Growth, and is a Marshall Partner at the USC Marshall School of Business. Bill received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Joel S. Koenig
Partner Emeritus

Joel Koenig has been in the retained executive search business since 1992. As partner emeritus, Joel has conducted “C” suite and board level searches for clients in professional services, consumer products, consumer services, entertainment, hospitality and retail. His clients included world class companies such as Avis/Budget, Burger King, Cendant Corporation, Cox Communications, Dreamworks SKG, MGM, Protiviti, Resources Global Professionals, Sony, Molson Coors, and The Walt Disney Company. Prior to LCP, Joel was a Co-Managing Partner for the Financial Services and Entertainment Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in its Los Angeles Office. Joel’s career began in public accounting in New York and Los Angeles with Deloitte & Touche. While at Deloitte he was a member of the firm’s management committee and National Managing Partner for Middle-Market Group. Joel received his B. S. in Accounting with honors from the New York University School of Business.

Prior to LCP, Nathaniel spent 2 years in executive search, specializing in Technology, Life Sciences, and Consumer industries. In addition to executive search, Nathaniel spent more than 3 years recruiting across senior level architectural and engineering roles, as well as at one of the nation's most elite non-profits.

Nathaniel earned his B.A. in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University of Tennessee and his Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University.
